Chia seeds are one of my most favorite things in the world.... I put them on just about EVERYTHING. Superfood is an understatement. These little guys are packed full of protein, fiber, and omegas 3, 6, and 9! If you don't already have these in your diet... you should!!!
I created this yummy and nutrient pack recipe that is an overnight oat/ chia seed pudding hybrid and it is DELICIOUS! This recipe is super versatile and you can tweak it how you please and try out different variations! So grab your mason jar and let's get started!
